One Week

Sorry it's been so long! December has been a crazy month. I just finished up all of my finals! Let me tell you, finals are the same everywhere: hard. My last final was on friday afternoon, but it was by far the easiest...an essay in english on a book that I actually read! Go me.

Now, I'm lounging around on this sunday evening. I have a week to do as I please. A lot of people are taking this week to get in some final trips, but I don't want any stress. I'd like to spend this week exploring Montpellier, there are too many places I've missed!), spending time with my friends and host family, and buying those last christmas presents.

I made dinner for my host family the other night. I was very proud of myself. I had never made a tart before, but it turned out really well. I'm going to have to make them back home. I just have to have a large pie/quiche/tart pan, pre-made crust (I'm too lazy for scratch), sauce (tomato), tuna, mushrooms, peppers, onions, cheese, and olives. It was gooood. I've also been hauling in as much yummy french pastries as possible....and unfortunately it has caught up with me...have gain a couple pounds.

That's all I have for now.

Peace and love,
Becca
